Plevic Excerciser & Ben Wa Balls

Both pelvic exercisers and Ben Wa balls are considered safe and effective ways to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which can lead to improved sexual health, bladder control, and overall well-being. Pelvic exercisers are typically small, egg-shaped devices that are inserted into the vagina, where they can be squeezed and released to strengthen the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, and rectum. These devices are often recommended for women who are experiencing urinary incontinence, vaginal prolapse, or other pelvic floor disorders. Ben Wa balls, also known as Kegel balls, are similar to pelvic exercisers in that they are also designed to help women strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. However, instead of being shaped like an egg, Ben Wa balls are typically small, weighted balls that are inserted into the vagina and held in place by the muscles. By squeezing and releasing the muscles to hold the balls in place, women can effectively exercise their pelvic floor muscles.
